I had a fabulous stay at this hotel during my recent trip to Universal Studios. The location was unbeatable, with the park being just a short walk away. It was incredibly convenient to be so close to all the action.

We had an amazing stay at this hotel. The front desk supervisor, Mr Philippe Bakhoum, was fantastic and went above and beyond to make our trip enjoyable. The hotel room was very comfortable and clean. We were grateful for the shuttle service to and from Universal Studios, making it convenient for us and our daughter. The location of the hotel was perfect, just a short walk to Universal Studios and a brief stroll to the train station for easy access to popular attractions.

The location was perfect for us as it was within walking distance of Universal Studios, making it convenient for enjoying the park and exploring CityWalk with its variety of shops and restaurants. The hotel facilities were excellent, including the beautiful gardens, swimming pool, and jacuzzi. We also appreciated the cleanliness of the rooms, which were spacious and well-maintained. The staff were friendly and helpful, especially the two gentlemen at the front desk who went out of their way to assist us with any questions or needs we had. Additionally, the breakfast provided was really good, offering a great start to our day. this hotel exceeded our expectations and we would definitely choose to stay here again.
